I constantly get calls from salesmen from this group. I constantly tell them I have a GREAT IT company that does insane things with my machinery and robots and have zero interest in switching as the company I use is next level.. yet they still call. Just yesterday they switched up tactics and a salesman calls me and tried to pitch himself as a financial company that has a tool to help plan how we budget for new machinery. He asked me how I planned it currently. I told him about the 47 multispindle cam and gear machines I just purchased, and a brand new Tsugami Swiss machine I have on the way and that my section 179 is tapped out for the year.... Graham provided exceptional customer service by keeping me in the loop of the step-by-step process he was taking to ensure that my computer was fixed. Graham understood the importance of me needing a computer so that my workflow could continue so he reached out to the operations manager of my agency and suggested a loaner computer until mine was fixed.
