Required warranty service on my new range. The tech was on time, personable and listened to my problem and fixed it. He also gave me some tips on using the range and made some recommendations. The company was great with communication and I was able to handle all communications by text. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repair work and I'll keep their number for any future work I may need.

Wow! I had the best experience from Omega, and ill point out that my service guy (Nate) went beyond his role to make sure I was pleased with his performance and happy with the completed work. I was referred to Omega Force from the business I purchased my dishwasher from for a service call and I was very pleased. The online format to request an appointment was very easy, and they called me back very quickly. They also worked with me on timeslot that worked in my schedule. Mark was the technician that did the evaluation of the issue and was also the one who came back to fix the issue which was nice. Mark explained the process, the issue, and the estimated cost for repair on the spot. He was great to work with. They communicate well, you can track your technician, and there were no surprises.
