My garage door stopped working, so I called this company and they were able to send a technician out the very same day. The customer service was excellent from the initial phone call all the way through the completed repair. Adam arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed along with the cost. The price was very reasonable, which I really appreciated. I also had to leave for an appointment, and Adam went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. He was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Olympia Overhead Doors and Daniel, the service rep, were outstanding! Daniel was here promptly at 8am, very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything to me regarding operations of the new overhead garage door openers and keypad. He was very respectful of the space, and made sure all packaging, old parts, etc. were removed. I would highly recommend this company, great customer service and efficient, knowledgeable and very competent staff.
