Excellent service; was able to get the LCD on my Galaxy S9+ replaced in under 30 mins and now my phone looks brand new again, thanks! I was even given a 90 day warranty in case anything goes wrong. These guys are LEGITIMATE and use official parts from the manufacturer, not the cheap 3rd party parts you'll find in most other repair shops. It's a pretty penny but it's worth it if you're already willing to pay for phone repairs. You'll have to talk to MetLife security before going upstairs though, just a heads up. They have a nice lounge for you to wait in too.

This company did an excellent job at fixing my iPhone 5s which I dropped and cracked the glass and the touch screen was broken as well. They quickly restored my phone and their service was definitely a fair price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their phone fixed quickly and done the right way!

Went to the "Geniuses" at the Apple store who told me to buy a new phone to replace my 2 years old iPhone 7. Went to a local iPhone repair shop who charged me $35 to tell me they couldn't fix it. Found NYC Mobile Device Doctors on Yelp and made an appointment. Danny had my phone fixed by the end of the day. That was a few months ago and my phone is working flawlessly. Since then I've brought my boss's phone, and a few friends' phones, all repaired perfectly. Danny is great! Highly recommended.
