George's Hometown Heat and Air

A crew from George's Heat and Air came to replace my aging heat pump and air handler. Jesse, Clay and Tommy brought a wealth of experience and that made me feel much better about the quality of the install. The new system is running like a well oiled machine and we are comfortable on a warm day. The experience has been great from Chris explaining our options and offering several choices at fair prices to the install; thanks for a no hassle experience.

After diagnosing and replacing a gas valve on my package unit for over $300, the heat went out again a few hours later. The company sent another tech out who said the control board was sending electricity to the gas valve on the wrong wire and a new one should never have been installed. The tech suggested that I call and get my money back due to the mistake. I called three times and was told a manager would be in touch. I never received a credit or a message that they were trying to return my call. (My phone automatically screens calls due to spam and asks the caller who they are). Beware.

Highly recommended. Replaced a furnace for us last year, stopped working with the cold more than a year later, phoned them, no issues were there before 09:00am. Turns out it's a gas issue, no service call charge or any other charges. Definitely a company that stands by its warranty.

Great team to work with. David gave me a very reasonable price and Tom and crew installed the Trane heat pump with no problems. I would highly recommend contacting George’s if/when you need service or a new AC system.

Jason very nice young man. He and other guys came out and put in our air conditioner and heater very fast. They did awesome work and explained everything to you . I will refer them to my friend and family. A big thanks for taken care of our air conditioner /heater unit and doing awesome job installing it quickly and just so kind.
