After diagnosing and replacing a gas valve on my package unit for over $300, the heat went out again a few hours later. The company sent another tech out who said the control board was sending electricity to the gas valve on the wrong wire and a new one should never have been installed. The tech suggested that I call and get my money back due to the mistake. I called three times and was told a manager would be in touch. I never received a credit or a message that they were trying to return my call. (My phone automatically screens calls due to spam and asks the caller who they are). Beware.
