Kinty Jones Heating & Cooling

So me and my husband had the pleasure of accidentally using this company. We decided to get a mini split put in so we called the company we normally go threw and the quote was out of reach. So my daughter in law new about kinty jones and someone that work there. So we gave them a call and made a appt with them. The guy that came out was really nice and new exactly what we needed, and the price was in budget. So we gave them a try. Jonathan came out to check out my HVAC and made the necessary repair. He called in advance of arrival and arrived at time he stated. He checked out the system thoroughly. He was fast, efficient, and explained the issue in simple terms. In all, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely use Kinty Jones again. I also signed up for their annual system check program.

I called this morning and spoke with Kaylyn. She was very pleasant and very helpful on the phone. I ended up having to call her back to let her know I was not going to need one of her representatives because my brother-in-law and I took care of my HVAC issue. This is a very pleasant individual and from the little bit that I did indeed deal with Kinty Jones, I wouldn’t be afraid to recommend them to anybody.

Jason was excellent. Two rooms in our newly purchased home weren’t heating properly, and he thoroughly checked every room, quickly diagnosed the issues, and fixed them. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything. He broke down HVAC concepts into easy-to-understand analogies, patiently answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. He also explained our options and shared helpful tips for maintaining and improving our system long-term. Highly recommend working with Jason!
