We were stopping for the night in Burlington when our alternator died late on a Friday afternoon. Fortunately, Noyes was open on Saturday and went above and beyond to repair our car that day so that we could continue our 9 hour drive home. We were so thankful! I would definitely recommend them!
I walked in without an appointment looking for help as a tire I had plugged the day before someplace else went flat while doing errands in the area. James helped me with and took the stress away. After taking my car in, inspecting the tire and showing me the problem, they offered three options. In no time I was on my way home. Good people at this shop for sure.
Got new snow tires for my son’s car while at UVM. I called from MA to get tire advice and quote. Snow tires is not something we typically get so having someone to talk and assist was a big help. In the end they recommend the least expensive tire. Overall a good experience and feel good that my son now has a connection to a local family run shop going forward.
I’ve used Noyes for 10 years for both repairs to my classic cars and basic things for my newer ones. Every experience has been top notch, and a friend has also had good experiences. Cars are always expensive to repair, but I’ve never felt scammed there. Can you find a cheaper shop to install used parts and squeak a beater past inspection? Probably, but if you want it done safely and correctly go to Noyes. Family owned since 1916, which is about as long as cars have existed! Five stars, would recommend.
After hearing numerous ads for their detailing service I booked an appointment and took my 2022 Pathfinder in to be detailed. Got the car back and is was basically washed and vacuumed, pretty expensive wash and vacuum as there was still dirt in all the door frames, fuel fill door, salt stains in the carpet and the vehicle was definitely not waxed! I pointed this out to the person who returned the car to me and he agreed that it was not well done. Called the owner who became very defensive and claimed I only paid for a basic service not the deluxe. I agree I paid for a basic detail service, but was very disappointed that what I got was a very expensive car wash! ($200.00) Would not recommend nor use this service again!
