One of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic. The reason why is because Graham was a great communicator, personable, and did the job well and in a timely fashion. It's pretty tough to find mechanics that meet those first two criteria - I find most of them to be fairly cold and bad at explaining things. Graham actually called me when my car was done! I won't name names but another mechanic in the area failed to do that. On top of that, during a routine service appointment, Graham went above and beyond to remove something I had mistakenly dropped under the hood. I highly recommend Graham and Ray.

Ray is the only mechanic I fully trust to work on my vehicle. The shop is honest and doesn't upcharge you on things you don't need done. The shop is fairly busy and gets my vehicle done in a reasonable time and always for a better price. I've never felt taken advantage of.
