Brian's North End Automotive is the best mechanic I have gone to by a country mile. Brian is both extremely good at what he does and extremely good about conveying knowledge about problems with your vehicle.

Brian and his Tech's are top notch with a focus on the Customer and Quality with competitive pricing. I was traveling with a RV trailer and needed the oil pan replaced on my F150. Brian went out of his way to help me, even contacting the previous shop that made mistakes with poor quality when they installed the oil pan 5 months prior, which resulted in the previous shop covering my expenses to get this repaired properly by Brian. I am not from Vermont, but it was obvious Brian is well known in the Burlington community and trusted for consistent quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend Brian's North End.

Brian is such a sweet guy and truly an amazing business owner to have in my neighborhood. A couple months ago I got myself into a bad situation and one of my tires was completely destroyed. I had my car towed to Brian’s and it turned out that my winter tread was almost completely gone and I needed a whole new set. I was about to go out of town and couldn’t afford to buy a new set off the lot, so Brian let me keep my car at his shop and while I was gone I had a new set ordered and delivered, and they put it on for me while I was gone so my car was ready to go when I got back. Seriously he saved my butt. Thank you Brian!
