Was looking for sprinkler pipe. I called and they said they had it. Went to the back aisle to look for it. A young man came back to help. He wasn't sure where it was. He said he thought it might be out back. He walked out and I waited a short time. He never came back, so I put the parts I had back. I walked up front to leave and there was my guy waiting on another customer. He told me he hadn't found any pipe. I could not believe he never came back to tell me! Just left me waiting in the back. Awful customer service! Owner should focus on training employees to sell hardware, and spend less time selling animals. Not the same since Joe left!

Great customer service, friendly people. Rented tools and a trailer from them, they were super nice and it was convenient. Love the animal section!!!
