Jordan came this morning to fix the tub faucet by replacing it because I was unable to do it myself. He did a fantastic job in record time. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it in record time. I called Snell at 9am and Jordan arrived ten minutes after my call. That’s an incredible service.
Jordan came to help with our water heater and he was great! He even showed up on a cold weekend night and showed excellent customer service and friendliness. Will be using this service again!
We had a water leak in our boiler. Snell Services was one of the rare companies open today, the day after Thanksgiving. Jordan came over and corrected everything and got us back in working condition for the long weekend. He was terrific. We are grateful to Snelll Services!
