I have a gaming handheld that I bought from a Chinese company. I was trying to add some new thermal paste and pads to it to decrease the heating. I got halfway to dissembling it and got stuck on one screw. This screw was in tight and by accident I stripped it. I reached out to Nick and he said he could remove the screw for me. Dropped it off the next day and within a couple of hours, he called with good news; "I've removed the screw." I was relieved. Nick is a great young man. Very flexible. I highly recommend him for your computer-tech issues.

Nick was supportive, easygoing and hardworking. This is a reliable technician easy-to-reach when you are concerning about your computer’s condition, and my juice-damaged PC was efficiently fixed, with a reasonable cost (actually I think Nick charges less than many other popular repair stores in DC yet he get things done quicker than them). I appreciate very much.
