Danielle made our entire experience unforgettable! When my son and I first walked into the store, we were honestly overwhelmed by the beautiful and extensive selection of jewelry. She immediately greeted us with such warmth and kindness that we felt comfortable right away. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different materials, guide us through metal options, and ensure we selected the correct sizing. Her patience and attention to detail made the decision process smooth and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, only supported and informed. Because of Danielle, we were able to confidently choose the perfect piece. We truly appreciated her professionalism and genuine care, and we’re already looking forward to returning for future jewelry purchases.
You know it’s a recession when so called Jewelers start stealing their customers jewelry. I shopped with this establishment back in 2020, Ali specifically, when myself and a family member spent collectively almost 40k on jewelry. I decided 5 yrs later I would like to trade for something else. Ali showed me a necklace and bracelet that I liked, and agreed to trade for my old jewelry. I also saw a ring that I liked and asked to throw that in. After some back and forth he agreed to trade for the necklace and ring, and was supposed to cut the necklace to my liking and have it ready in the next few days. Less than 24hrs later, I changed my mind and decided that due to gold increasing, I was not getting a good deal that was not an even trade. I texted Ali and advised of this. He responded telling me that it’s too late the necklace has been cut and he cannot put it back together. I proceeded to tell him that I was coming back up there that day to pickup my original jewlery. There was no agreement signed, no receipts, or payment given. Also, he left out of the store right after we verbally spoke about the trade, so there was no way anything was already cut. When I arrived at the store the following day, of course he was not there, although I told him I was coming up there. I spoke to his Father whom I assume has ownership/say so in the business, and he was also in the store the previous day when I was there. I tried to resolve my concerns with him and asked for my old jewelry. He proceeds to show me a Fedex receipt with three tracking numbers on it, explaining that my jewelry has already been shipped off somewhere. Mind you, I was in the store on Saturday night discussing the trade and came back on Sunday. For some odd reason they must have been hard up for some money to send my jewelry off that fast on a weekend.
So, I said to him well what are you all going to do because I am not giving up any money. A woman that works in the store then interjects and ask if I want her to phone Ali. I said no, I have already tried resolving this with him this morning. She calls him anyways, and then hands me the phone. I ask him the same question that I asked his Father. He proceeds to say, you can take the new necklace and give me the ring back. I said, if I take the necklace, I am keeping the ring because giving it back is not a comparable trade, and I also want the links to the necklace from you cutting it. He then replied and said, well you are not getting anything, at this point it’s a civil suit, and you owe me 2k for that ring. He then hung up the phone. This is a great way to show appreciation to a customer that has spent so much money with you and came back to support the establishment again. I spent money in store on my Daughter’s Christmas items, only to be thanked by having my 26k worth of jewelry stolen. I now have only a ring that is worth $700 and will be taking this matter to small claims court. They do not provide receipts. I was not given one for the jewelry I purchased for my Daughter. They make up their own rules, lie, and try to take advantage of their customers.
The right thing to do would have been to give me my old jewelry back. Surely an established and prominent jewelry store that you all claim to be, should be able to sell the new necklace that was supposedly cut, to any other customer lol. Not try to force me to buy it and stole my jewelry
I Love this place, great quality and great customer service, Brandon did a great job with helping me and he showed excellent patients, with a positive attitude!!!
