I was locked out of my apartment and in a rush to get to work. He came quickly and really helped me out, was so nice and polite and made sure I was safe and ok. Hopefully, I don’t get locked out again but if I do, I will definitely come back to him.
Called and needed 2 new locks installed at home. Was at home within an hour..very polite and knowledgeable. Explained his process, went above and beyond to help with additional problem on a 3rd door and high quality work. Highly recommended.
I was recently on vacation at Beaver Lake traveling with my son and I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I didn't have my phone either, and didn't know what to do. I flagged down the nicest Benton County sheriff and he connected me to Pops at New Key Lock Service. Within a few minutes Pops was at the lake and very carefully and quickly unlocked my car. When I was frantic, he was very calm. I would totally recommend him to anyone in the NW Arkansas area. He's fantastic!
