Very knowledgeable! I was recommended by the trusty F.L. Davis hardware store in Centerton. They could not cut my side mill cut key. Not only did I get two keys cut but also was able to get two new programmed keyless remotes. And the wait was not long. On another note, this is a one of kind, unique shop. I loved looking at all the different keys and merchandise related to keys!
Brought my new key FOB (bought on eBay) to Eric, who programmed it and cut key while I waited. Honest, efficient, and reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

Terrible. The locksmith shows up complaining that she had been awake since 1:30am and because of this she was rude and grumpy. We tried to be friendly to her but she was just very unhappy. She didn't know how to do a specific kind of house lock so had to call for help. After she left we found we couldn't lock the front door from the inside or outside! We couldn't remove the key from the deadbolt. When we called to explain the person on the phone was grumbling that they might have to come out to fix it! Unbelievable. They did send someone out to fix it but it should have been done right the first time. Realtor didn't cause any delays. House was built in 2000 so newer than most. I have stressful days but I am never rude and grumpy to my customers. Won't use again.
