Service has gone down the tubes in the last year. My orders have been getting sent somewhere else and I have received orders from other companies. Never can count on getting the material in a timely manner anymore. I have been waiting for a refund for a cap For almost 2 months they keep telling me They're gonna look into it, but never hear anything back.Bad customer service. Ordered a pellet stove liner or last week never showed up this week.They said it just never got ordered.Now i'm out of days pay and unprofessional to my customer. Talked to chris and he said he would call me back but never did. This is the problem when companies think volume is better than customer service. Thanks Greg
