From my first experience with them several years ago, they have kept my trucks and tractors going! They have always done me right, and I consider them friends. I recently got a great deal on a L/S tractor that beats my JD 10 to 1!

the worst company anywhere, they charged me $180 for a 15 minute diagnostic, but they don't have the equipment for the Freightliner Cascade truck and didn't even say what the reason could be (they just sent it to the dealer), and they charged me for something I don't understand. How much should I pay you for a 100% guarantee that the truck will reach the dealer, a truck that drives on its own without your help! Professionalism lies in solving problems, not in paying for experiments!

Neudorf hosted an awesome field trip for our homeschool co-op. I was so touched by their thoughtfulness. They showed the kids a truck they were working on, their tool box, "the tunnel", as my son called it, power drill some screws, and sit in and learn about the tractors. The staff was so kind and seemed really excited about helping the kids learn about their profession. They even sent the kids home with some goodies. They were so kind and generous to let these curious kids into their shop! Thank you Neudorf!

2300 miles from home, Broke down in town, got recommended to their shop.Blown away by how great they took care of me and the truck. The workmanship and the customer service went above and beyond!!! Installed a new radiator and had me on my way. Thank you again.

Had a turbo replaced on a 2011 Ram 3500. They scheduled me in very fast. Excellent installation and the time Brandon took to explain the trouble codes and service bulletin recommended options was greatly appreciated. I had a couple of questions about the operation of the new unit and they graciously performed the diagnostics with me so I could view the programmer. Shout out to John and Gregg and the office staff. Oh yeah, and they came in under quote! Great job! Will definitely do business again.
