**Update (04/04/2024)** Steve and Dallas will be my forever mechanics for as long as I have them as an option. They are literally the most caring, professional, gracious, qualified, and any other extremely nice adjectives one can think of. I was already so impressed with the initial work they did on my vehicle and had plans to have some more work done. Due to extenuating family circumstances, I unfortunately haven't been able to get that work done yet. And Steve had absolutely no obligation or expectation to be understanding in any way, shape, or form. Especially as he is running a business. And I know most people running a business don't have the time or space to hold that understanding. But Steve was above and beyond kind and understanding to my circumstances, and was gracious enough to still be willing to work with me when my family is in a better place. He even took the time out of his busy schedule to call me personally and help talk me through the mild panic attack I was having and to make sure my family was okay. I have worked with a few mechanics in my life, and none of them have been as amazing as Steve and Dallas. I seriously can't say enough good things about them. They now have a customer for life, and they will also be the only people I will ever recommend anyone to take their vehicle to. **Original Review** They do extremely quality work and are very quick. Keep in mind that anything done outside normal shop hours or without an appointment will probably be considered emergency services, and the price will be a little higher. But for me, it was definitely worth it, and I understood that I was paying for convenience, quality, and my overall safety for being able to drive a safe vehicle on the road. Steve is really nice and professional and is also pretty nice to look at as well lol. Have an appointment in about a week to replace the CV shafts on my vehicle, so will update after that. So far, everything has been excellent.

As we were driving through town, our van started making a horrible intermittent sound from the rear wheels. It was a holiday weekend and we had no hope of finding help. We called Alamotive and hoped for the best. Steve picked up the phone and welcomed us over as soon as we could get there. On arrival Steve greeted us warmly and immediately began trying to diagnose our problem by going on a test drive with us. Back at the garage he set to work trying to identify our tricky problem. The trouble was that it was difficult to pinpoint the source of the sound. He fixed what he thought might be the problem and we all kept our fingers crossed. Well, I’m happy to report that his remedies worked! Steve got us safely on our way, but invited us back if the troublesome sound returned and we could try again. Again, it’s a tricky problem. Multiple, previous mechanics have been unable to fully fix the issue. Thanks, Steve, for immediately attending to us in a time of crisis (and on a holiday weekend!). You were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We feel so lucky to have found you!
