These guys were so nice and very prompt at fixing my computer. I've taken it to them twice for different issues and I'm very happy with their service. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Highly recommend this place to anyone who might need data recovery work done on an external drive or other storage devices. The staff are incredibly nice and very helpful! They fixed my issue without any trouble and for a very reasonable price! Will definitely be coming back here if I need anymore work doneπ

We had a computer that we were locked out of and it would not let us reset the password. Nelson opened it in a couple of hours and the price was very reasonable. They were super friendly and also called me when it was done. The whole process was seamless. I definitely recommend using them!

This is the second time I used their service. It seems the staff changed. First time in 2018 was a great experience. This time it was not good. They communicated inaccurate information about their work (stating that they were able to recover files which turned out to be false), which would have only required a little diligence to verify things before communicating it. Also, they were not straightforward and clear about their pricing over the phone. If they were honest, I would have opted to buy a new laptop instead of repairing the existing laptop. Overall, you should improve, not decline in the service offered. I gave 2 stars just because... This is the second time I used their service. It seems the staff changed.
