Less than a month turnaround time for full resole on a pair of wingtips after wearing a hole and losing some cork from the original soles. I now have stitched soles like the original construction. Made a few scuff marks and the shoes look overall much better. Thanks!

I had called places all over the New Orleans area all the way to the Gulf Coast area. Naulty's was the only place who picked up the phone and took the time to understand the unique request I had for my shoes. Karla took the time to explain how we could achieve the best results & I was very impressed by her knowledge from decades of experience and also her passion for what she does. It was obvious that they care about their customers and giving them the best service.
