Natural Grocers provides a nutritionist that will give you a free consult. This is just invaluable. I am so grateful for the information and guidance I received. As i embraced my senior years doctors just kept wanting to add more pills that didn't seem to help as much as they hurt something else. I've been able to drop several medications and replace them with much healthier alternatives. I am forever grateful.
After 10 years of shopping at Sedona Natural Grocers, I'm about done. It's become usual that about 50% of what I went in for is missing from the shelves. The staff (except for the 2 nice ladies that have worked there for a long time) has become more disastrous than ever, which I did not think possible. Today, an older woman accidentally knocked over a bunch of boxes and ALL 3 OF THE MALE STAFF MEMBERS STANDING NEAR TO HER IGNORED HER, leaving her there embarrassed and scrambling to pick them all up...!!! SHAMEFUL.
This store has an amazing team. One standout employee, Nes, provided outstanding customer service tonight. He went above and beyond with a genuine desire to help; and truly cared about making sure I found what I needed. Thank you!
Unfortunately after shopping at Natural Grocers for years in other states I'll stop shopping here. The Sedona store always has no inventory on shelves and no employees working the floor. Customer service is not good. Produce is very hit and miss. They dont even have bread half the time. Overall not a good store to shop at.
I visited Sedona recently, and stopped at the Natural Grocers for a healthy snack. I was very impressed at how clean the store is, and how organized each isle is. The fruits and vegetables were very healthy looking, and everything was priced well. I only had an interaction with the cashier, and he was super friendly! While this trip was very brief to this location, I had a very positive experience. It’s very well located in Sedona, and the views are amazing when you walk out the front door. This is a location I could recommend to friends and family who are visiting the area!
