My external hard drive stopped working and I was in a mild panic. Thousands of video files - gone. I went to Kyle and he was so cheerful and helpful (no lectures on having 2 backups) and he fixed my drive in about 30 seconds. Life saved. And yes, I’m making a second backup! Thank you, Kyle, for your help. Highly recommend.
I brought my laptop into this establishment and met the owner Kyle Grace. He was very kind and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and helpful about the issue with my laptop. He was honest about the fact that it was too damaged to repair without spending a fortune, and he suggested other alternatives. I will definitely visit here again if I ever need it.
Just a few weeks ago I decided I needed to upgrade to a "faster" computer. I met Kyle at his office and he gave me a great price on a refurbished DELL Computer. This guy is great! Great service from a non-customer. Called to schedule an appointment and Kyle asked me 3 questions about my laptop. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a $20 fix. I want to bring all my tech problems to NE Computer Tech now!
