Went in thinking we had a cracked screen, on my son’s brand new iPhone 16. I called first to make sure it was something they could do and I was assisted by Max. He gave me a price and I was there within an hour. when we dropped the phone off, It was quickly realized that the crack did not go through the screen protector, therefore a new screen wasn’t needed.. I appreciate Max‘s honesty and customer service. He installed a new screen protector, and saved me a ton of Money!!

So we originally came and got a screen protector. We ended up having to return due to the screen protector being improperly placed and had bubbles under it. Upon returning we were greeted by Agshin whom promptly assessed. He tried to save the original job that was done and put delicate care into giving his best efforts to recover what was originally done. He realized it was not going to be possible. He fully relaxed the screen protector and installed it PERFECTLY! Went last night to get my phone battery replaced. They were very professional and efficient, excellent pricing very honest! My phone is performing even better after seeing them. Highly recommend!
