My experience here for the first time blew me away. They have excellent service, truly care about the quality of their work and your satisfaction, follow up later for a service review and questions, and came in thousands under the budget I received from local Firestone as well as Good Guys Garage. They did my extensive repairs in a timely fashion. And did I mention that they have really awesome technology and metrics. The communication between myself and the shop came through text message and was all approvable wirelessly on the phone. The process was seamless. I recommend them 100%. It was very much worth the tow from another location. Hands down! Thank you Rick and team!!!

I went today only to have my vehicle looked at to see what was wrong with the brake’s? They not only figured out that there was air in the line’s but other thing’s also. They just did the repair on the spot. I didn’t need to make another appt, or wast another day trying to get this dealt with. What I loved was the fact that the guy I dealt with had been at that buisness for over twenty five year’s and the longest employee they have there. I have only one word , AMAZING ! My experience was 150% great and I will definitely turn to them for Mainanance/ and work on my vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgable , and honest, and explained everything to me. I love that ! I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Muskegon Brake/Whitehall Rd for doing such a fantastic job. 🤩
