Campbell's Towing

I hired Campbell Towing to tow my vehicle to Walmart for a battery replacement. However, the tow driver made untrue statements to Walmart about my vehicle’s condition, leading to Walmart refusing service. When I confronted the driver, he was rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility or clarify the situation. He also denied my request to tow my vehicle to a different location and responded with insensitive comments when I expressed frustration. Very helpful and a great experience. Driver went out of the way to make sure my kids and I got home safe.

I have brought my car here since June 2023, at the recommendation of 2 friends of mine who consistently go here and they have done almost all of my car repairs. They are incredibly knowledgeable, open to answering questions, and on top of that, they offer affordable car repair and towing services (compared to other auto shops). Called he was there in 30ish mins grabbed the car and had it gone in a couple minutes. Fast friendly service!
