I never had an issue with this place until she fixed my screen and I paid for a screen protector. Right after, I left I saw bubbles in the screen protector and I took a screenshot on another phone to document it. At first, I thought maybe it just needed time and the bubbles or issues would go away—but they never did. I went back today to show her, and she told me I need to buy another screen protector because of my case. That makes no sense to me. This is the same case I’ve always had on my phone. So now I’m confused and frustrated—why would I buy another one when I’m already having issues with the first one she installed?

I bought a new phone from this store and had an amazing experience. The prices were very reasonable compared to other stores in the area. The owner was happy to help me the whole way with setting it up and transferring all of my data from the old to the new phone. I am very pleased with her service!

My husband bought a phone from them 2 weeks ago for $200 and out of no where he opened the screen and it had a white line all the way down and his screen turned green and black. He just took it in there to have it fixed since it is still UNDER WARRANTY and she looked at him and said either pay $60 or deal with it. When I called to talk to her she told me it’s not her problem and hung up on me. They have the WORST customer service, and sell broke phones. Please do NOT buy anything from them.
