Brought my phone in with water damage and they fixed it quickly. Great service and fair price. Definitely recommend them if you need a phone repair.

Excellent service and very fair pricing. My cousin’s phone unexpectedly and suddenly broke. We called at 7:45pm (they close at 9pm) to see if he could replace her screen before closing, and he told us to come in and got us taken care of the same night. The repair was done quickly (within 10 minutes), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was protected before we left. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Omg. I just bought my child an iPad 16, and is expensive!!!! He dropped it after 3 days and the glass screen shattered. I called around and everywhere to fix in DC , was 150-175$. Mr repair in Alexandria at 7451mount vernon square inside the Fresh World. Rafi was great!!! Fixed the whole screen of the iPad for 99 bucks. He was so professional and helpful for my kid. He was done fixing it in 35 min. My child is so happy.

I’ve been to many cell phone repair stores and booths and to be very honest, I really appreciated this store. Everyone is very kind and humble and is completely honest with you. They won’t just take your money, (while having the best prices on the market right now) they take their time and are very knowledgeable with technology. While others have taken 4 hours to work on my phone, they took an hour. I highly recommend this location. They are both dedicated to every customer. My screen stopped working the night I brought it home so I went back the next day and he fixed it within 15 minutes and was highly satisfied.
