The name is a slight misnomer in my opinion because the speed of service was anything but glacial! I texted them at around midnight thinking I'd get a response back sometime the next day but got a reply literally a minute later. It took a day for parts to be sent for, but they fixed my laptop in no time at all and got it back to me very quickly! Great service, fast service, and convenient service, they get an A+ from me! Edit: I changed by rating to a Four because a week later I noticed a problem in the replacement keyboard. I guess maybe they didn't test it thoroughly enough before giving it back to me. Still decent service, but not quite worth 5 stars anymore.

Good people exist. I had 2 old laptops with different issues and instead of fixing them and taking my money he educated me and told me yes he could fix it but it 'd be better to use my money to just get another laptop. I also had a PC that wouldn't update and I needed for work. He said he had another customer that gave him a PC and he made a promise to give the PC away at a low cost and he did just that. I as surprised to see him stick to his word when he didn't have to being I did not know who the other customer was. It spoke values about his character. I have had this PC for about 2 months now and no issues. Highly recommend his services. He responded quickly, picked up my broke PC quickly and returned a new all within a decent time. As someone who is currently in financial hardship I don't think he realized just how much he blessed me, just by being a honest person.
