Michael and Daniel were great! We had an issue with our shower and the water kept running. We called and had them out within a few hours! Luckily it was an easy fix and they got it fixed right there. Thank you, guys for all the help!

Spoke with Racheal mid Monday morning, she asked if it was an emergency (which it wasn’t) and scheduled Michael for a 1-3pm window the next day. Michael was great, sent me a text letting me know his eta 30 min before arriving, asking if that was okay. I showed him everything, he assessed the situation, came back to me with what he thought and how much for the work. His initial assessment of one item turned out to be a bit more extensive (my main sink was also tied into my clothes washer) and he came to me immediately to explain, show me, and get approval on the slight price increase. Michael worked until he was able to get the blockage clea... Michael worked until he was able to get the blockage cleared and everything back up and running without anything backing up. It def took some time and patience on his part. He was awesome, we are grateful for Mr. Fix It Plumbing, and our house is back in business!
