Andy walked me through the camera inspection footage in a way I could understand, clearly showed where the problem was, and explained why it was happening. He then guided me on how to work with the city to resolve it, which ultimately saved me between $6,000 and $10,000. What really stood out was his honesty. He could have easily recommended that I hire E-Z Flow to do the repair instead of mentioning that the issue should be covered by the city. A previous plumber did exactly that. Andy’s demeanor, communication, and integrity were outstanding. I'm incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend E- Flow for any plumbing issues.
