After dealing with repeated sewer line backups, I had multiple plumbers come out, but Andy at E-Z Flow was the only one who actually explained what was going on. Andy walked me through the camera inspection footage in a way I could understand, clearly showed where the problem was, and explained why it was happening. He then guided me on how to work with the city to resolve it, which ultimately saved me between $6,000 and $10,000. What really stood out was his honesty. Andy has been my go to plumber since I had issues in my condo from the main sewer line getting backed up. Helped show the HOA that is was never our fault and always has a fair price for their outstanding work. It’s hard finding a great plumber out there that is not trying to nickel and dime you. That is not the case here. Great work and great company

Highly recommend this plumbing service! We had a major blockage that caused our toilet and shower to back up, and they were able to take care of it quickly and efficiently. They cleared the blockage, did a thorough inspection, and ran a camera through the line to make sure everything was okay. They explained what they found clearly and gave us a great, fair price. The team was reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and very prompt. It’s such a relief to find a plumbing service that’s honest and professional. We’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.
