Mr. Appliance of Western Ohio

I had Mr. appliance of Western Ohio come to repair my washing machine of three years old due to the lid lock. They ordered a part we put it in the machine in the machine still didn’t work. They said the board we had gone bad so I had to wait another week. Then he came back and he said board was bad again and every time he was here the so-called technician was watching YouTube videos on how to fix the machine. It was four weeks had passed and I told them to forget it they had pushed me over the edge and they won’t return my money. Do not hire Mr. appliance of Western Ohio and never pay anybody upfront. They are scammers!!!!!! Also they are not with the Better Business Bureau.

I am sure that the technicians are qualified and well versed with their policy and procedure. I just cannot get them to show up. They cancelled my first two appointments, then did not show up at 8am, nor 10am today per emails and text messages so I cancelled and went with another Home Depot provider. I get it, everyone has staffing and logistical issues but there is a clear pattern here. I am sure they do good work, but time is precious.

Service was delayed, parts were ordered. I needed 4 only 1 was ordered 😑. So I had to wait 2wks. I already paid Full Price! ( I know,I know I'm a stickler - you get paid after work is completed. I'll even give you half Now , half Later) I was so afraid I was being scammed!!! But, to my 😮 🫢 Surprise!! The same Service person showed up!!! (Greg & Aaron or Alex)*I might be wrong* With All the(4) parts!! Was so Apologetic for the delay!! Fixed my Washer!! ( phew)Cleaned up their mess!! I was sooo very 😊 😃 Happy!!! At this point I was Greatful I wasn't scammed!!! Thank God!!! Thank you Mr.Appliance 😊 🙏🏾- The parts were Delayed, I was Not Denied or scammed!!
