The appointment was scheduled very quickly, and Robert the technician was very prompt in arriving. He was able to verify and diagnose the problem within a few minutes. The main control board needed replacing and was located in the front of the range in a difficult place to access. He was meticulous in disassembling the access points and replacing the control board that I had purchased, verified it was correct, installed it and reassembled everything. He was very careful with tools and small parts indicating years of experience. He explained what he was doing during the whole process and was very pleasant to talk with.
