2nd Update: Allway has done a great job helping us with a solution. Update: Allway reached out right away and Eddie come out the next day. I will compliment them on their efforts to remedy the situation. Because of that effort, I will be upgrading my review soon. Our dishwasher has more issues and it probably is a coincidence they all happened at once, but we'll see what we do moving forward. Our Bosch dishwasher stopped working. I saw all the good reviews for Allway and called them out to look at it. They said that it was the control board. They had to order the part and would call when the part came in. 3 weeks later, I called for an update and they had the part, nobody called us or scheduled the work. A few days after the repair the new control board went out again and fried the electrical outlet. They warrantied the part but it took another 2 weeks. I argued with them that they weren't addressing the root cause of what was taking the control boards out. I was also told if they had to replace it again, I would have to pay. So, we haven't called them back even though half the buttons don't work and it doesn't work like it used to. It used to be a great dishwasher.
