WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!👎👎👎👎,absolutely worst job in parking lot recoating.doesn’t fill cracks completely,but they do seal grass,weeds,and dirt in cracks.some spots they didn’t even covered the parking lot with enough product to cover loose dirt.some places it not even sealed and you can see old asphalt.they didn’t even use enough cones or barriers to keep people off the freashly coated parking lot.so very poor prep work,post prep work not good either,$30k job and on 9/21/22 after 9 days of work being done the lines are faded,crack sealing is coming up and failed completely.contacted arrow and they really didn’t care about sub par work and then was hung up on.customer service is not important to this company or there quality of there work.please come down to opportunity Plaza and view the parking lot and see the work for yourself.

Been going for years and everyone is great. Chad goes above and beyond and has for years. He is a very important asset to arrow. He has been there a very long time and started at the bottom so he definitely knows what is up. As for the front line when you walk in? Superior customer service. I've never asked a question that wasn't answered with a quick and professional answer. I've never left feeling dissatisfied. Thank you guys
