We needed our icemaker replaced and Billy with Mr Appliance came out promptly, evaluated the issue, and got a new one installed for us. We were very impressed with the customer service of both the office and Billy's work. They kept us informed of every detail by way of texts, including sending a picture of our repair person before the first visit. They were even courteous enough to cover their shoes before entering our home. We were very happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and had the replacement parts with him. He was training a new technician but it did not, in any way, interfere with the work to be done.
