Dave was an absolutely awesome ambassador of your company. Explained all he was doing. Didn't have the part needed on hand, came back within two days and fixed. The time slot that is given was the early side on both occasions which is a massive plus.

Our refrigerator was leaking, and this was one of the repair shops recommended by the manufacturer. Our technician, Troy, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to get the part and complete the repair quickly. The company's communication was also excellent. We will definitely go back.

I contacted Mr. Appliance a few days ago to ask for assistance for a non-working dryer. The technician came the very next morning, on time, his name is Dave. He detected the problem and advised he needed to order a new part. Luckily, the office obtained the new part quickly and he returned two days later to install the part, again, on time. I totally love it that I got a picture of Dave before his arrival, text and emails saying when he would arrive and he worked quietly, and cleaned up. Dave totally explained the details so I understood. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance. In addition, Mary from the office kept me informed as well. High marks for customer service. Big thanks to Mr. Appliance.
