Workers arrived introduced themselves and immediately got to work. We had a very old system that kept freezing up and giving us issues so it was time for a new one. They began work in the morning and before 5 we had a new working system and insulation in the Attic. Such a smooth process and the workers were very professional and kind. Once the job was completed they went over everything with me and showed me pictures of what they had done in the Attic as well as show me how to use the new thermostat. I would highly recommend Acree to anyone.

Beyond egregious service. After spending 1000 dollars and the issue with my plumbing was a simple snaking needed. I was convinced by the first plumber from Acree that I needed the camera to ensure the line wasn’t broken. So I paid 500 dollars for nothing to have a second plumber come with a “camera “ to only tell me I needed my whole system jet flushed. So I ask to see what the camera was showing because I’m in a new home it would be covered by my warranty. He said it will be with my second invoice another 500.00 bucks. He than ran my credit twice for a 25,000 loan that I didn’t even agree to. So I told him I would call them back after I get the photos from the invoice. Not only I did not get any photos or an invoice. I got another plumber to come out to do a simple snaking of the outside drain and was told no jetting was required and they even provided me with the visuals. So this issue should have been resolved if the first plumber took his time and ran his snake properly. This is definitely a terrible sales practice that was done. I will never refer or repeat any services with this company.

I just needed to replace a shut-off valve on line to toilet. I had reservations to do it myself due to maybe brittle PVC plumbing inside walls and agree to pay around $300 for professional plumber. The guy who came was at best an apprentice. He didn’t know what he is doing. He broke pipes inside the walls, had to open the wall in two places, left with a new pipe not secured, hanging in the air, and even didn’t open the water to check if connections he made are leaking or not. The company even doesn’t have an email for customer service. I have called and asked for a manager, he called me back only two days later promising to send someone to secure the pipe, but nobody showed up. The only good thing they did is arrange for the wall repair, but without paint. But they are sending invoices right after their guy made a mess.
