Sean Mallett displays true professionalism and patience when he works with his customers. Multiple visits over the course of a month+ to change every fixture in my house. He let me take my time and worked around my design choice, but still gave recommendations based on my room dimensions without rushing me… and their prices are tough to beat especially w/ their selection. Jen upfront and Devon downstairs also were there for customer support and always so accommodating and friendly.

Initially, we stopped at Hydrologic of Sarasota to look at bathtubs for a main bath remodel. Quite a wide selection, to the point of our needing help. Sean Millet was on duty and met us with warmth and professionalism. It quickly became evident that Sean knew the products he was selling, and he had the sense of design that I and my partner appreciated. Feeling no pressure, I just continued to shop with him. Throughout the whole remodel, Sean stayed engaged; always quick to answer emails; always ready with suggestions to handle the next “crisis”; at times offering ways to save some dollars! And Jen at the Front Desk found ways to help!
