The Floor Factory

I definitely would not advise using this company – as they are not professional and definitely was not good workmanship. From a job that should have taken 1-2 weeks – it took over 1 month. Did not level floor, did not use enough self-leveling clips, uneven tiles, uneven grout, trash in grout, wrong color thin set used, and to top it off one of their employees took money from my purse on the last day of the job. I totally regret going with this business. One entire room so bad that I demanded it be totally pulled up and redone. When they ordered that tile, he did not even get the same tile to match but swore to me that it was the same tile. Owner came to my house to convince me he had – he walked out on me during the conversation. Ultimately had to prove to him that the tone numbers on the tile wasn’t the same before he reordered to get the right tile. Even after floor redone – still not a good job. They like saying “well it’s not that bad”. The workers admittedly stated that they did a rush job from the get go because of the small amount of money they were being paid, said there were too many guys on the job and they were walking all over the floor as they were laying it, did not level the floor first, and did not use enough self-leveling clips – should have used a lot lot more (their words). My advice to you if you’re looking for a job well done is to pass this company up.
