Mr.Appliance was great. Greg showed up and was both knowledgeable and efficient. He actually went and picked up the part to complete the repair. Honestly, I have never had that happen with any repair! The company communicates and lets you know what is going on at all times. I was very happy with the repair, reasonably priced and saved me a bundle on a new dryer!! I would use them again for sure!! Donna S.
I called at 7:30 in the morning on New Year’s Eve and to my surprise someone answered the phone and they were able to schedule me on that day for a 1:30 pm. I was so happy, really I couldn’t believe it. My technician called about 1/2 hour out and said he was running 10-15 minutes behind. Really appreciate the heads up. He arrived and I showed him my situation, he diagnosed it and fixed it. Yes it was a simple fix, but the technician fixed it. I was so happy. Thank you, Ralph
Online booking was fast and efficient, communication was excellent. Our repairman Tony was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered options on the repair. Our dryer is now working great, and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Tony! I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance.
