Highly recommended!! All employees are experienced, professional and helpful starting at the top with the owners, Patti in the front office, and installers Damian, Aaron and Josh. On time, cleaned up every day before they left, answered every question, always polite to me and each other!! Really a true delight to do business with this Grand Junction company. I had been putting off new windows for four years after moving into a new house. But after shopping around I was really impressed with their prompt service and free estimate. The sales team was really friendly and professional. The install team was very polite and professional. They worked very quickly and cleanly. They restored all of the trim and siding and did a great job finishing the windows and the calking was seamless! The price was so good I was nervous about the quality of the windows but after some research I was pretty hooked on the Cascade windows they installed. After receiving quotes from other companies Bratton windows was reasonable & Judd worked w us -very helpful & personable.. I look forward to new windows! Great experience from start to finish. Patty was very patient as I explored my options for 2 doors that are opposite each other in the room. Their quote was very competitive. I like dealing with a local business. She kept me updated as the custom doors were built. Damien & Gage did the install and they were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. The new doors are beautiful, I highly recommend!
