Jake and Ashton from Mountain Home Services were amazing! And Drew, our sales rep were all very professional, timely, knowledgeable and accommodating. They over delivered on providing us with the complete heating, air conditioning and heat pump system we were hoping for. We wanted a new system that would be very quiet, energy efficient, easy to operate remotely, and most importantly, keep the house at a constant temperature without the noise and temperature swings. What we got was an integrated Lennox Elite smart system that operates so seamlessly, quietly and efficiently that we never even know it’s there. The combination of a high efficiency furnace, an energy saving AC, and a very energy efficient heat pump for the more mild weather and shoulder seasons is absolutely perfect. And these guys even took care of all the paperwork for the rebates, savings is over $4000. Which means we got a top of the line system for less than the price of a builder grade system. I know this because another company quoted us on a generic system without any of the upgrades, quite pack, or efficiency ratings for $5000 more. And here’s what I love about these guys. They had to move the thermostat to the opposite end of the house, add a new circuit board, do all kinds of new duct work, more. All at no additional cost. I highly recommend Mountain Home Services and give them a five star recommendation without hesitation, based on their service, expertise, product quality, pricing, installation quality, and going the extra mile and over delivering.

Out technicians were great! We had a heat pump installed where our AC unit was and had the furnace replaced as well. Along with those replacements, our technicians worked long hours upgrading the old system with many new components. It took 2 full plus days not leaving until after 8pm to get the job done! They explained everything thoroughly and were respectful of our busy household and didn’t seem to mind one bit. Highly recommend!
