I would not recommend going here for any repairs. I had a tire that was repeatedly going really low. I purchase my tires from here so I went to get it checked. After an hour of waiting for my car to even get in the garage, the mechanic comes back in and informs me about a crack on the inside of my rim. Just a small crack. So I told him to put my spare on. Well I had the wrong size spare so that didn’t work. Then they proceeded to tell me that they cannot put the tire back on the rim because it will not hold any air. And it was dangerous to drive. The lady, Brandi is her name, looked up used and new rims which are very expensive and told me that the could repair the rim for 150 after the weekend. So I called my husband because I didn’t know what to do. He came in and then the mechanic told him they are trying to seal the rim and get the tire back on. Not once did they tell me that. Only once my husband steps into the shop is when they did. I also heard Brandi get very passive aggressive to an older lady about a quote. She is very unprofessional and somewhat rude. I asked her to send me the photos of the rim she had taken to show me and she proceeds to call her husband, very rude. They got the tire back on and we made it home just fine. It was overall a very bad experience. We did not end up returning to get the rim repaired. We found somewhere else and it ended up being cheaper and they gave me new lug nuts free of charge. These people will push and push repairs onto people that otherwise could wait. Will not ever return here.

I've had several services performed in the past with no issues, new tires, exhaust system work, and various other services, etc. This time I needed an alignment and oil change in my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS 4.2. Appointment was at 10am and I arrived early, it's 2:45 in the afternoon now, I've been sitting here waiting for my truck to be finished. Service technician said outer tie rods needed replaced so I said okay. I did get my truck finished around 4:30 (6 1/2 hours) with an apology from the mechanic for the wait time, I did appreciate that, but nothing from the manager or customer service staff. The mechanic finished my truck, I picked it up and drove it around for half an hour or so, my truck still pulls to the left when I press on the brakes. I contacted them and brought it back in the next morning for a realignment, everything good now. Other than the long wait time initially they stood behind their work.👍
