If I could give them a 10/10 I would. I had a sudden brake issue on my new car (I knew about it before purchase) and they assessed it, found an issue I wasn’t aware of and got it taken care of right away on short notice. Very affordable also. I highly recommend this establishment for all your car woes. Very professional too. You will not be disappointed at all! Thank you!
Best shop around!!! Hans is an absolute expert in the field. He is dedicated to mechanical excellence. He is also proof there are good people in the world! I highly, highly recommend this shop for all services, as it is hands down the best I've ever come across!!!!
Hans did a great job on my explorer. The job was done with urgency, he made sure everything was done right, very affordable for reliable work. Very direct and informative. Highly recommend if you need a shop. This is going to be my new go to for when I need repairs. Amy and Hans actually restored my trust in repair shops with the service I recieved.
This happened about two weeks ago. After being serviced for the same issue couple days prior, my car broke down on I-90 on my way east. Looking back, I was really lucky that Qualified was nearby. After trying few chain car service repair shops and the dealership in town, I was told that neither could get it done (at all or at least not in a couple of days). Despite the shop being busy, the staff at Qualified took me in and I was able to hit the road again in just few hours. Hons and Amy are very friendly and pleasant people and their techs are quick and professional. If I lived in the area, I'd not be taking my car anywhere else. Thanks to you guys my trip didn't end up in a complete disaster!
