Friendly but did not bring ladder tall enough to access roof top unit. When making appt I explained it was a two story townhome. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. Also something seems odd, on my thermostat their name and phone number is listed but they have no record of installing or servicing the unit.

Have used Monster Air twice this summer (different issues). Brandi squeezed me in and scheduled me both times for the next day. The two techs (Trish and Dwight) were very friendly and professional and got my AC back up and running within about 15 minutes. The cost each time was very reasonable. Happy customer here!

Dan came out to check my brothers 2 A/C units.He was prompt, efficient, and communicated very well with both of us. We appreciate Monster Air and feel confident that they did what needed to be done without trying to sell us what we don't need. The office staff was professional too and and communicated well ahead of time - we'll be calling them for our house when it becomes necessary. Thanks so much!
