I’ve been coming to this place on and off for about five years. During that time, it has gone through, in my experience, at least three different groups of employees. The first group of workers offered some of the cheapest oil changes and tire services, and the service overall was much better. I usually came in for oil and tire changes, and one time I had a transmission issue fixed on one of my older cars. Whatever I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid for service, parts, labor, and taxes. Customer service was straightforward and honest. However, the next two groups of workers were nothing like the first. The second group frequently messed up appointments. They would confirm a time, then call back multiple times to reschedule. On another visit, one mechanic diagnosed my car and said certain sensors were defective, giving me a price. Later, other mechanics could not find that quote and instead recommended replacing a completely different set of sensors, which increased the total cost. After a lot of back and forth, I was finally able to get the originally quoted price honored for the sensors that actually needed work. This same group also constantly tried to push higher-end oil products, even after I clearly stated what I wanted. It often felt like they were trying to argue that they knew better than me and implying I didn’t know how to take care of my own car. Normally, I would not have come back after those last experiences, but they are one of the few places open late on weekends. With a deep winter freeze coming up, I needed a new tire and didn’t have a closer option. A few days ago I brought my car in to a newer group of employees working here and had been told before the appointment that a specific tire would be available. On the day of the appointment, I was told that tire was not available and that only higher-priced tires were in stock. When I asked about the next option, I was quoted a price about $20 more than the original tire and was told that price included “everything.” I specifically asked if that included service, labor, and taxes, and was told yes. Minutes later, when I agreed to that price, I was suddenly told it would actually be about $75 more. When I pointed out the difference between what I had just been told and the new amount, the front desk employee raised his voice. Not wanting to create a scene, especially as it felt like the staff were siding together, I decided to leave without getting the tire changed. Overall, while they may seem cheap at first for oil changes, tire services, and some repairs, the final cost has often ended up higher for me due to inconsistent and unclear pricing. On top of that, there have been attitude issues. Based on my experiences with the last two groups of employees, I would strongly suggest STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY…

Let me start out by saying, I dont write reviews. So if I am writing one, it either has to be really good or really bad. If I could give zero stars and an answer of none for services provided, I would. I ordered tires online from a partner website that Monro works with. I was excited because as long as I used Monro for the install, it would be free. So I placed the order and picked an available time from the site. The site I purchased the tires from was great! It sent me constant reminders about my scheduled time and tire arrival. Here is where things began to turn. I get to Monro for my scheduled appointment time and am immediately met with a very rude employee who looked annoyed that I even walked up to the counter to speak with him. I told him my name and the time that was scheduled for my truck. Now, I should mention that my appointment was at 5pm and they close at 6, but I did not know that previously and the partner website I ordered through had it as an available time. So at first, he said he couldnt find me in their system, which I thought was odd. However, I went into my email and grabbed my online receipt and all of the reminders about appointment times. After showing him this, he magically found my appointment. To me, it just seemed like he was trying to say he didnt have it because he wanted to go home. Following this, he asked if my tires were delivered. Which I also thought was odd as I had them delivered directly to Monro. Shouldnt it also be in the system on whether or not they were delivered and you have them? Anyway, I then had to go back to my email and show him the tracking and that my tires were delivered. After all this, he finally took the keys and said it would have to stay overnight and would be done tomorrow as he only had 1 tech available, but they would give me a call when it was done. The next day rolls around and by 4pm I have had no call. So I call them and they still hadnt gotten it in, but the guy said they would be sure to get it in. About an hour later I get their call and they said that their machine isnt strong enough to seal my tires as they are (too big). Which is odd because he said he was able to put the old one, that is the same size, back on the rim. Once again, this is 5pm and now on a Saturday. Really just seems like they dont want to do the work so they can go home. So I now have not received my free install and have been met with an attitude and incredibly poor service at every turn. I had my dad pick up my truck and tires and he was met with the incredibly rude service. It's now Sunday, when no tire places are open and will now have to take time away from work on Monday to get my truck in, and not to mention that I will have to pay for tire install somewhere now. Overall, this place is terrible and I wouldnt recommend that anybody go here. Received no service and the employees have even worse attitudes. UPDATE: I called the customer service number that is provided on other reviews. The customer service line was okay. They attempted to make it right by attempting to send me a gift card. I never asked the amount as it was going to be a Monro gift card and since they can't put my tires on, and I have no intention of ever going there again, a gift card for Monro doesn't really rectify the problem. After going back and forth for a bit and the customer service rep calling the store, she said that I would get a call from Jesus in about 10 minutes. I'm not sure what Jesus' title is, but he did not call me. I waited till the next day to call the customer service number again. At this point, we were going in circles as he called the store and then said that Jesus was going to give me a call again. Ultimately, I got zero help from anybody at the store and customer service basically views the situation as nothing was done wrong. I ended up taking my tires to F&F Tire World on Moorland in Brookfield. They were incredibly polite and actually well priced. I can't recommend them enough! Once again, if you are planning on taking your car to Monro for anything, DON'T!

Just as others have stated, online shows open Sunday. The online portal also allowed me to make an appointment for Sunday. They also said they had a specific tire in stock at his particular location according to their website. I also called customer service to verify and they also said they are supposed to be open Sunday. Apparently, the store manager/owner feels the need to make their own hours. Should have known then to find somewhere else to go. I then rebook with customer service the next morning - this past Monday, for 530 PM. I get there and the guy at the front desk has this bewildered look on his face like he didn’t know why I was walking in. I walk up, say I have an appointment for today at 530. He proceeds to tell me there is no mechanic on staff after 5PM. What? I tell him I called to make their appointment and skipped doing it on online. He proceeds to tell me “they know we don’t have a mechanic on staff after 5PM”. Why are the store hours until 7PM. He also tells me they don’t carry the particular set of tires it told me online they had in stock. Avoid this place at all costs.
