After conducting extensive research on alarm companies and reading dozens and dozens of customer reviews we chose to go with Moment Smart Home for our alarm and camera system purchase and we're so glad we did. Trent was wonderful to work with and helped us choose the exact system we were looking for. He is super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on the installation as well which was very important to us. We love our new system and will be using Trent for some additional home automations. I highly recommend Trent and Moment Smart Home!

Moment Home Security is the best by far. I have dealt with many security companies in the past in residential and commercial, Trent and the team lead the way by far. Install perfect, adding components to the existing system perfect, go ahead and trip your alarm by smoking up the kitchen and boy they call right away to make sure you are ok!!!!! Love these guys and the service. Recommend to all! Thank you, Trent, Glenn and team!

Trent was absolutely fantastic. He made sure we had the best solution for our home at a fair price. He answered all of our questions and concerns and did so in a very polite and non pushy manner. Also, the service technician had excellent service as well. He was very efficient and professional. It is hard to find this quality customer service these days!

I had a fantastic experience with Moment Smart Home. Trent listened to what I wanted and gave me his feedback (no hard sell or pressure). my alarm was installed last week and it’s incredibly user-friendly. The technician who cane out was very friendly and did an excellent job with the installation. The technician was very patient and went over the entire system so both my wife and I feel very comfortable in terms of how to use the system and the app. I would definitely recommend them for all your security needs
