The owner has gone up and beyond to help my daughter on several occasions with her iPhone even called and text with a follow-up to make sure there was no glitching. Great guy wonderful store and staff. I live quite a distance from East Boston but will continue to travel there. He even gave me his cell number to always check in before making a trip to see if he's available or what he could help me with. Always calls with a follow-up to make sure everything is working properly. People, businesses are no longer like that it is rare to find. Once you do it's important to put their name out there and let people know. Thank you modern tech
