What an amazing and beautiful store. It has that real apple feeling and the staff at this store was so friendly and so helpful. Even though it was busy, they managed to help me within a few minutes and guide me thru the whole process of purchasing some awesome apple products.

Christian provided excellent service. He was incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient while helping us solve a problem installing a SIM card in my son’s phone. What had been a frustrating situation for us was resolved quickly thanks to his efficiency and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the phone was working perfectly before we left. It is truly a privilege to encounter people like this in life. I went to the Genius bar for a battery replacement service and was assisted by Gabby. She was quick and got the battery replaced in less than 45 mins. Most impressively, she offered to stay past the 8:00 PM closing time until 8:30 PM if the repair took longer. The other staff was supportive too. Highly recommend this store for its professionalism and dedication to customers!

Excellent service and support. After a self-inflicted issue while setting up our new iPhone, Adam and the team went above and beyond to restore everything—helping us even after store hours during the busy pre-Christmas period. Professional, friendly, and highly supportive.
