Charged me £11.99 on my credit card to unlock my iPhone, and then demanded another £33 to complete the process. There is a button, on the window demanding this extra payment which says, when pressed, it will explain the reason. It does not !!
Very good service and competitive prices. They managed to repair my phone screen which is a rare phone (xiaomi9). All done inline with covid procedures. Thanks and has saved me having to invest hundreds into a new phone..and more importantly i got back my precious photos and messages etc.in time for chinese new year haha . Highly reccommended
Contacted the store by email. Prompt reply. Visited with my iPhone 6s which hadn't been charging properly for some time, even though I had cleaned the charge port myself. The friendly and helpful chap at the counter picked out some debris from the port and it's been working perfectly ever since. I was amazed by the ease and also no charge, so much so that I left in a daze, without even offering the cost of a pint, which I intend to address on my next visit to Worcester.
Fantastic service from Chris and the team at Mobile Solutions, really helpful people, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble! Have helped me out on many occasions thanks to a problematic phone I had, with both repairs and sorting out replacement phones/ equipment for me. Absolute life savers! :) Would highly recommend to others!
The shop has improved greatly in the last few months based on past experience so much so I felt I should write a review as I was so impressed. I took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced after I dropped it. I was told it would be done within an hour and I decided to have a white back added to change the colour. I was very happy with the end result and the discounted price as I had it done together. I will now always use Mobile Solutions and recommend it to others.
